May - June - July - these 3 months are open for the Upland hunting of Perdiz, a unique bird in South America that will resemble the quail hunts in North America. The limit for Perdiz is 10 perdiz per hunter, per day. Dogs that are trained to pick up the Perdiz scent and prepare the shooters for their flight. The Uruguay perdiz hunt is a great addition, not to be missed when you plan a Uruguay dove hunting trip.
