Los Gauchos Outfitters is proud to offer this hunting destination for all wingshooters. This is the only place in South America to experience the first class doves and pigeons and Perdiz during the months of May, June, and July. The accommodations are first class too and non hunters will enjoy the culture, food, and pace of Uruguay.

2. Choose the best month and week for travel. Remember to plan for an overnight flight to Uruguay and back. You will hunt the afternoon of arrival and the morning of your last day. Threee (3) days is standard for a dove and pigeon shoot. Four (4) to five (5) days for a duck, dove, pigeon, Perdiz hunt. Four days is a good trip for a dove, pigeon and Perdiz hunt during the months of May, June and July.

4. Don't book without Trip Protection offered specifically for hunter's traveling internationally. Check the link below to get a quote or contact our office for information about the Sportsman's Trip Protection insurance.









5. Contact our office for questions, reservations, and payment of deposit. We require 50% of the trip as a deposit. This is a nonrefundable guarantee for the Uruguay bird hunting trip. Your hunting license, ground transfer, and 2nd half can be paid up to 45 days prior to departure. Please contact our office if anything changes. We hold the reservations with the deposit and regret that we are unable to refund any deposit submitted for the Uruguay bird hunting trip. You may pay the deposit with a check or credit card. If you are located out of the United States a credit card or bank wire are acceptable forms of payments.

   Contact our office with any updates or changes to your itinerary. Please remember fees are involved if changes are made to the itnerary. For example if you arrive or depart outside of an intact group, the transfer fee is more expensive. You may be required or you may desire to tour Montevideo or Colonia or Punta del Este and the hotel, food, and guide service will be extra.
